THE CHALLENGE
Trucking company Source One Parts Center (S1PC) wanted to maximize their email marketing solution to send ecommerce campaigns focused on the company’s customer service to provide convenient and fast customer purchase options while maintaining its twice-a-month newsletter cadence.
S1PC manually built everything from its website to the purchase process to a custom newsletter tool. Since this was a hands-on process with a solution, S1PC ran into limitations with Mailchimp. They needed a solution to support the website’s two million product SKUs and marketing efforts while continuing to provide a seamless customer experience.
THE SOLUTION
With the agency Starfire Collective, we researched and implemented a new email service provider along with a more efficient email marketing process.
We successfully migrated S1PC from Mailchimp to Sendinblue, fully connecting Sendinblue with S1PC’s website and setting up automated solutions.

Implemented purchase tracking to track when customers purchased products after opening and clicking through newsletters

Streamlined the newsletter creation process to be quicker, easier, and more organized

Updated S1PC’s email design to reflect the quality of S1PC’s products and branding, including optimizing the emails for a mobile-friendly experience and adding animations for an interactive experience
THE RESULTS

Within 2 years, S1PC’s subscriber list grew from 99 recipients to more than 11,000 subscribers through website signups and customer purchases
